By accessing or using Sqync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Sqync is a calendar synchronization service that creates "Busy" blocks across your connected Google and Microsoft calendars. The service reads events from your calendars and creates corresponding availability blocks on your other connected calendars.

Demo Status

Sqync is currently operating as a demonstration project. This means:

• The service may be discontinued, modified, or interrupted at any time without notice
• Features may change or be removed without prior announcement
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• Support is provided on a best-effort basis

User Responsibility

By using Sqync, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your calendars and any changes made to them through our service
• You should maintain your own backups of important calendar data
• You understand that syncing operations may create, modify, or delete calendar events
• You have the authority to grant Sqync access to the calendars you connect
• You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Sqync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We are not liable for any damage to your calendars, including but not limited to: lost events, duplicate events, incorrectly synced events, or any other calendar data issues
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any)

Disclaimer

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Account Termination

You may disconnect your calendars and stop using Sqync at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Third-Party Services

Sqync integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these third-party services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
