At Sqync, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our calendar synchronization service.
When you create an account, we store:
Sqync reads your calendar event data to perform synchronization. This includes event times, titles, descriptions, and other event details. However, we do not store any of your event content. Event data is processed in real-time to create "Busy" blocks on your other calendars, then immediately discarded.
The only event-related data we persist are internal identifiers that allow us to track which "Busy" blocks correspond to which source events, enabling proper updates and deletions when your original events change.
We use your information solely to provide the Sqync service:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
Sqync integrates with the following third-party services to provide calendar synchronization:
We retain your account information and OAuth tokens for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove all associated data, including OAuth tokens and sync mappings, within 30 days.
Calendar event content is never stored permanently. It is processed in memory during synchronization and immediately discarded.
You have the right to:
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your authentication state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that track your behavior across other websites.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
